Job summary

Plymouth Community Homes is seeking a Chief Systems & Project Accountant to lead the design and implementation of a new finance system and transform finance reporting, systems and processes across the organisation.

You will drive finance transformation, deliver major projects, ensure governance and deliver robust data analytics to support strategic decisions while working in a not-for-profit housing environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading finance systems and transformation projects.
• Strong technical accounting, systems and regulatory knowledge.
• Proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working within a complex or regulated environment, ideally housing.
• A proactive, innovative approach to improving systems and processes.
• A values-driven leader who is passionate about making a positive difference.
