Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead the Corporate Services Team to adapt to change and deliver results.
• Oversee monthly management accounts, offering insights into income and expenditure.
• Enhance financial systems to ensure accurate data and streamline processes.
• Support business planning with financial system enhancements for long-term planning.
• Assist with year-end accounts and coordination with auditors and budget holders.
