Job summary

Plymouth Community Homes is seeking an experienced Chief Systems & Project Accountant to lead the design and implementation of a new finance system and shape finance reporting, systems, and processes across the organisation.

You will drive finance transformation, deliver key projects, and ensure robust governance while supporting growth through advanced data analytics and reporting capabilities. This role is central to enabling strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading finance systems and transformation projects.
• Strong technical accounting, systems and regulatory knowledge.
• Proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working within complex or regulated environments, ideally housing.
• Proactive, innovative approach to improving systems and processes.
