Qualifikationen

• 10+ years leading large-scale finance transformation programmes.
• Experience managing multi-workstream transformation programmes.
• Experience with executive stakeholders (CFOs, Finance Directors and Engineering leaders).
• Experience with system integrators, consulting partners and software vendors.

Aufgaben

• Establish and lead the Finance Systems Change Programme.
• Define programme governance, workstreams, decision forums and reporting structures.
• Create and manage executive reporting for Steering Committees and Finance Leadership.
• Coordinate delivery across ERP transformation, finance systems modernisation, and reporting transformation.
• Drive execution against milestones, timelines and budgets.
