Job summary

Cadillac Formula 1 Team is seeking an experienced Inventory & Logistics Manager to lead the Stores and Logistics operation at Silverstone. You will supervise the Stores Team, oversee parts handling and deliveries, and drive stock accuracy in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

The role requires strong leadership, ERP experience, and the ability to improve processes while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Stores team in motorsport or fast-paced engineering environments.
• Strong leadership and people development skills with collaborative approach.
• ERP experience and ability to navigate ERP systems effectively.
• Excellent communication and cross‑departmental collaboration capabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the Stores Team and van drivers.
• Ensure parts are handled to high standards with accurate, traceable transactions.
• Implement processes to maximise stock accuracy.
• Organise daily Stores activities: goods receipting, counter service, storage, picking, van deliveries, courier shipments and stock checks.
• Develop KPIs and contribute to ERP development; report departmental metrics.
• Motivate the Stores Team and enforce company policies; drive process improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, efficient Stores environment.
