Job summary

Renault Group in the UK is seeking an ambitious Inventory Accountant to own end-to-end inventory accounting within a fast-paced motorsport environment. You will report to the Financial Controller and take responsibility for the accuracy of stock across car parts, merchandise, raw materials and tooling.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with inventory accounting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of stock control and standard costing.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end inventory accounting processes.
• Maintain records and audit trails for inventory movements.
• Oversee works order ending and liaise with operations to resolve issues.
• Support monthly stock counts and account for adjustments/write-offs.
• Monitor compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Provide variance commentary to stakeholders and aid in reporting.
