HRC are delighted to be supporting our highly regarded client based in Jersey, with the hire of a Finance Systems Manager. This role can be fully remote or in Jersey, applicants must be based in the UK with full ILR status. No sponsorship.

The Role:

Finance Systems Management & Support

• Serve as the main contact for Aderant and finance system issues.
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage user access, security settings, and AML controls.
• Resolve technical issues with IT and vendors.
• Monitor system performance and address inefficiencies.
• Stay updated on best practices via supplier communities.

Upgrades & Implementations

• Lead system upgrades and assess new Aderant features.
• Plan, test, and execute upgrades with minimal business disruption.
• Manage data migrations, integrations, and system rollouts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver project outcomes.

Training & User Support

• Develop and deliver training for all system users.
• Create user guides and best practice documentation.
• Provide ongoing support to improve system usage.

Reporting & Data Management

• Assist with data extraction and reporting from Aderant.
• Ensure financial data is structured for analysis and decision-making.
• Support compliance and audit reporting through the system.

The Candidate:

• Experience using Aderant System is a must
• At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Strong technical expertise in system configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge and experience with SQL, Excel and reporting tools (such as SSRS Report Builder and Power BI)
