Our client a leading non profit organisation currently going through a D365 digital transformation programme are looking to welcome an experienced D365 F&O Finance Systems Manager to their team to serve as a lead implementing D365 Finance and Operations (F&O).

Hybrid Role - 3 Days Office Based | 2 days Remote - London

This role encompasses managing the day-to-day operations of the D365 environment, aiding in Month/Year-end Reporting, and collaborating with the Analytics department on Data Reporting/Modelling.

System Ownership & Management Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure the successful implementation and operation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
  • Administrative tasks related to settings, security roles, rules, and workflows.
  • Managing the full lifecycle of security definitions and configuration.
  • Work with the system experts to design, test, and implement technical solutions as defined by business requirements.
  • Provide first-tier end-user support for the platform and other interfaces.
  • Lead and participate in projects to improve the D365 F&O system.
  • Data Warehousing and Reporting
  • Supervising a team comprising 2 Finance Analysts and 2 Data Modellers/Analysts
  • Supporting month-end and year-end systems activities

Profile background and Experience Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of Finance modules
  • Knowledge of financial principles
  • Proven track record of delivering successful system support.
  • Technical experience in D365 Systems Administration and Configuration.
  • Microsoft D365 Administration from an operational organisation or from implementing projects.
  • Knowledge of security protocols, data privacy, and regulatory compliance about enterprise architecture, D365, and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Excellent skills in handling and advising on simple and complex system issues.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
