Finance Systems Manager @ Global Insurance Group

Permanent - Hybrid Based 2-Days Per Week - Central London

Salary - £70,000+ with Annual Bonus

Codex are working with a PE-backed Global Insurance company that is looking for a Finance Systems Manager to manage and optimise their finance tech stack. You will be managing a direct report, whilst driving the finance systems roadmap which includes the future implementation of Treasury and Consolidation tools, alongside other exciting projects.

This position consists of three core areas -

• Leading Finance Systems - Owning the finance systems, managing a direct report, supporting financial processes, prepare and deliver training.
• Continual Improvements - Discover efficiencies and make changes with strong governance, drive finance process automations, maintain finance application roadmap.
• Stakeholder Management - Working cross-functionally with finance, IT, and service providers.

We are looking to speak with those with Finance Systems management experience in the Insurance industry within a multi-currency environment, direct experience with one of SAP Concur, Power BI, or Workiva would be beneficial too.

This client has offices in Central London with this role requiring at least 2-days per week in office. Benefits include private healthcare (BUPA) and a healthcare cash plan from day-1 alongside others.
