Powys Teaching Health Board is seeking a Finance Systems & Digital Manager to lead development of Oracle financial systems and digital solutions. You will champion AI, automation and data-driven decision support within Finance, guiding strategic projects and system improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, security awareness and collaboration with Digital, Governance and NHS Wales teams. Flexible hybrid working includes two days in Bronllys office.

Qualifications

• Master’s qualification or comparable professional/technical qualification or equivalent experience
• Extensive knowledge of financial systems and digital developments; AI, automation and digital technologies in finance
• Experience of implementing or supporting AI-enabled solutions, RPA or advanced analytics within a finance/public sector environment

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Health Board’s financial systems and digital solutions
• Ensure systems are secure, reliable and supported by robust financial controls
• Lead and develop the Financial Systems team and collaborate with Finance, Digital and NHS Wales colleagues
