Job summary

Morgan Law, on behalf of a Government Department, seeks a Change Manager to lead the design and delivery of change management and communications for the Finance System Project, ensuring a smooth transition from eFinancials to a unified cloud-based Financials system.

You will support business readiness, manage transition risks, and embed sustainable change practices while working with the Project Manager, Business Analysts and key stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading change management within transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
• Experience working across diverse stakeholder groups in a public sector or regulated environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver structured support across concurrent workstreams.
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams.
• Competent IT user with experience using MS Office and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience supporting finance system transformation projects.
• Familiarity with public sector change governance.
• Experience developing stakeholder management plans and adoption KPIs.
