Job summary

BEAR Scotland Limited in Perth is seeking a Finance Services Assistant to join our financial services team. You will be based at our head office and support purchase ledger, costing, and general finance administration.

The nine-month fixed-term contract is office-based, Monday–Friday, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery. You will work closely with Finance and HR teams and report to the Financial Services Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical skills are essential.
• IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, are required.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Coding and matching to GRNs.
• Accruals and costing responsibilities.
• Labour and plant costing tasks.
• General enquiries handling.
• Purchasing and ordering duties.
• Assisting with timesheet processes as required.
