Job summary

Low Carbon Contracts Company in Birmingham or Leeds is seeking a Finance Reporting Manager on a 9-month FTC. You will lead a team responsible for all operational costs, preparing management accounts, internal reporting and DESNZ submissions.

You will own DESNZ reporting, develop monthly scheme-based reporting, ensure IFRS alignment, and manage KPIs while supporting the Planning Manager and external partners. The role requires attendance in office two days per week.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with post-qualification experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling experience.
• Proven ability to lead and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver management reporting to the Board and relevant partners with insight into variances and trends.
• Own DESNZ reporting and ensure adherence to reporting letters.
• Develop monthly reporting with scheme and funding aggregations.
• Oversee month-end processes including prepayments and accruals.
