Duration & Location: July 2025, Remote (UK-based), 10 months, with potential 3-month extension

Reporting To: Head of Performance

Your role involves managing and utilizing our Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform, Scoro, working closely with project managers and leaders, and providing hands-on finance support to ensure smooth project execution, accurate invoicing, and accessible data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update people & company records.
  • Manage sales reports in collaboration with Sales & Marketing.
  • Set up and modify project scopes, tasks, and manage invoicing and expenses.
  • Close projects, conduct quality checks, and provide project reports.
  • Manage payroll data, liaise with Finance and external accountants.
  • Oversee outsourcing reporting, investigate anomalies, and support financial reporting.
  • Manage system users, configurations, and support system updates and improvements.
  • Respond to data requests, identify automation opportunities, and streamline processes.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Comfortable with numbers, data, and financial terminology.
  • Experience with finance tools like Scoro or Xero is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail, professional communication, and self-management skills.
  • Interest in process improvement and technology use.
