Job Description:

We are seeking a Finance & Project Operations Coordinator to join FESTIVE ROAD, a purpose-led, people-first global consultancy specializing in corporate travel and meetings. This role is remote (UK-based) for a period of 10 months, with a potential extension of 3 months, starting July 2025.

As part of our team, you will manage our Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform, Scoro, working closely with project managers and providing finance support to ensure smooth project execution, accurate invoicing, and data management.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing and updating company and people records.
  • Preparing sales reports, invoices, and expenses.
  • Closing projects and conducting quality checks.
  • Providing project-level reporting.
  • Managing payroll processes and liaising with finance teams.
  • Maintaining outsourcing reports and investigating anomalies.
  • Supporting finance reports and process improvements.
  • Managing system users, licenses, and technical issues.
  • Tracking system updates and driving automation initiatives.
  • Building partnerships with system providers.
  • Responding to data requests and identifying automation opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Confidence with numbers, data, and financial terminology.
  • Experience with finance or revenue operations, ideally with tools like Scoro or Xero.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional communication skills, comfortable across time zones.
  • Self-management and organizational skills.
  • Interest in process improvement and technology.
