Job Description:

We are seeking a Finance & Project Operations Coordinator to join our team at FESTIVE ROAD. This role is remote (UK-based) and is initially for 10 months, with a potential 3-month extension. You will manage our PSA platform, Scoro, support project and finance processes, and work closely with project managers and finance teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and updating company records and reports.
• Handling project setup, invoicing, and quality checks.
• Managing payroll and liaising with finance teams.
• Supporting system configuration, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Responding to data requests and identifying automation opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Comfort with numbers and financial terminology.
• Experience with finance tools like Scoro or Xero is advantageous.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, especially across time zones.
• Self-management and organizational skills.
• Interest in process improvement and technology.
