Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Finance & Project Operations Coordinator to join FESTIVE ROAD, a purpose-led, people-first global consultancy. This role involves managing our PSA platform, Scoro, providing finance support, and ensuring smooth project operations. The position is remote (UK-based) for 10 months, with a potential 3-month extension, reporting to the Head of Performance.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing and updating company and people records.
  • Generating sales reports and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
  • Setting up and managing project scopes and tasks in Scoro.
  • Preparing invoices and expenses, closing projects, and quality checks.
  • Providing project-level reports to leads and management.
  • Managing payroll data, liaising with finance and external accountants.
  • Maintaining outsourcing reports, investigating anomalies, and supporting financial reports.
  • Managing system users, licenses, and configurations; implementing system upgrades and improvements.
  • Responding to data and support requests; identifying automation opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Confidence with numbers, data, and financial terminology.
  • Experience with finance, revenue operations, or tools like Scoro or Xero is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear communication skills, comfortable across time zones.
  • Self-management and organizational skills.
  • Interest in process improvement and technology.
