Duration & Location: July 2025, Remote (UK-based), 10 months with potential 3-month extension.

Reporting to: Head of Performance

Role Overview: Manage and utilize our PSA platform, Scoro, collaborate with project managers, and provide finance support to ensure smooth project execution, accurate invoicing, and data management.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain company records and manage sales reports.
  • Set up and modify projects within Scoro.
  • Prepare invoices and expenses, close projects, and perform quality checks.
  • Provide project reporting to leads and management.
  • Manage payroll data, liaise with finance team and external accountants.
  • Oversee outsourcing reports and investigate anomalies.
  • Support finance reports and process automation.
  • Manage system users, troubleshoot, and implement system improvements.
  • Respond to data requests, identify automation opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
  • Strong numerical and data skills, with financial terminology familiarity.
  • Experience with finance tools like Scoro or Xero is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, with clear communication skills across time zones.
  • Self-organized, deadline-driven, proactive in issue identification.
  • Interest in process improvement and technology use.
