Role: Finance & Project Operations Coordinator

Duration: 10 months, with potential 3-month extension

Location: Remote (UK-based)

Start: July 2025

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and using our PSA platform, Scoro, working closely with project managers and leaders, providing finance support.
• Maintaining company and personnel records.
• Managing sales reports, client invoices, expenses, and project close-outs.
• Supporting payroll processes and liaising with finance teams.
• Managing system users, configurations, and support with Scoro.
• Responding to data and support requests, and identifying automation opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Confidence with numbers, data, and financial terminology.
• Experience with finance tools like Scoro or Xero is advantageous.
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and good communication skills.
• Self-management and organizational skills.
• Interest in process improvement and technology.
