Job summary

Dobson Welch Recruitment Specialists invites applications for a Senior Financial Controller in Liverpool, offered on a hybrid basis. The role leads the day-to-day finance function, strengthens controls and supports a major systems implementation.

You'll report to the Finance Director, develop the team, optimise processes and drive automation to build a scalable, technology-enabled function across the business.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Experienced Financial Controller or Head of Finance
• Experience in the Professional Services sector
• Strong controls, governance and compliance background
• Proven team leadership and development experience
• Track record of improving finance processes
• Experience supporting systems implementation and business change
• Pragmatic, commercially aware and comfortable driving change

We have an exciting opportunity to join an established professional services business at a pivotal stage of growth and transformation.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll lead the day-to-day finance function, strengthen controls, develop the team and play a central role in implementing a new business management system.
