Qualifications

• Significant SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation experience.
• Led discovery/ diagnostic/ roadmap in a major S/4HANA project.
• Deep Finance Process Transformation expertise, not generic IT.
• End-to-end knowledge across R2R/RTR, O2C/OTC and P2P/PTP.
• Ability to challenge external consultancies and SI partners.
• Credible with senior Finance and Executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and diagnostic activity across Finance processes, systems and data.
• Assess current-state processes and define future-state across R2R, O2C and P2P.
• Identify opportunities for process standardisation and data harmonisation.
• Help define a prioritised, value-led Finance Transformation roadmap.
• Challenge recommendations from external consultancies and SIs.
• Engage and influence senior Finance, Transformation and Executive stakeholders.
