Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Associate Manager to deliver S/4HANA-enabled finance transformations across Record to Report, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay. You will work with SAP delivery teams, steer design decisions, and translate business goals into actionable finance processes while applying AI-enabled tooling.

Based in Dublin or willing to travel, you will guide junior colleagues, lead small workstreams, support bids, and build CFO-focused value cases as part of the UKI Finance practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA finance transformations.
• Strong end-to-end finance process understanding across R2R, OTC and P2P.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional designs and lead delivery.
• Professional finance qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver S/4HANA-enabled finance transformations from discovery to implementation.
• Translate business strategy into S/4HANA finance process designs.
• Lead design decisions balancing SAP standard practice with client needs.
• Apply AI and agentic tooling to finance processes and improvements.
• Lead smaller workstreams and mentor junior colleagues.
• Facilitate workshops with senior finance stakeholders to define future-state processes.
• Bridge business and SAP delivery teams and manage client value expectations.
• Support business development, bids and CFO-focused value cases.
