Job summary

Vitae Financial Recruitment is assisting a FTSE-listed organisation in Hertfordshire to appoint an Interim Finance Process Transformation Lead focused on SAP S/4HANA.

You will spearhead discovery, diagnostics and a value-led roadmap across R2R, O2C and P2P, ensuring alignment with S/4HANA standard methods and challenging customisations.

This 12-month assignment requires deep Finance process transformation experience and the ability to engage senior stakeholders and external consultancies.

Qualifications

• Significant S/4HANA Finance Transformation experience.
• Led discovery, diagnostic and roadmap phases for a major SAP S/4HANA programme.
• Deep end-to-end knowledge across R2R/RTR, O2C and P2P/PTP.
• Ability to challenge proposed solutions and customisation decisions.
• Experience interacting with Tier 1 consultancies and System Integrators.
• Proven ability to turn discovery into a prioritised transformation roadmap or business case.
• Credibility with senior Finance and Executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and diagnostic activity across Finance processes, systems and data.
• Assess current-state processes and define future-state for R2R, O2C and P2P.
• Identify opportunities for standardisation, data harmonisation and governance.
• Define a prioritised, value-led Finance Transformation roadmap.
• Challenge recommendations from external consultancies and SI partners.
• Ensure future processes align with S/4HANA standard ways of working.
• Support mobilization of the programme beyond discovery and roadmap.
