Job summary

Accenture in the UK is seeking an Associate Manager for the Finance Reinvention Partner (Finance RP) with a focus on SAP S/4HANA finance transformations. You will own parts of large, complex engagements, leading design and implementation across Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay, while collaborating with SAP delivery teams.

You will guide junior colleagues, drive value-led recommendations, and contribute to business development, shaping CFO-relevant value cases and future-state

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA finance transformations.
• Strong functional expertise in finance domains: R2R, O2C, P2P, COPA.
• Ability to lead workshops with senior finance stakeholders.
• Experience with AI or agentic tooling in finance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver S/4HANA-enabled finance transformations from discovery to implementation.
• Translate business strategy into S/4HANA finance designs across core processes.
• Lead fit-to-standard decisions and design across SAP domains.
• Facilitate workshops with senior finance stakeholders to define future-state processes.
• Act as a bridge between business and SAP delivery teams.
