You will develop skills in ERP systems, data handling, and reporting while working with global teams. The apprenticeship provides training, development opportunities, and a pathway to a professional career in financial operations.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in business systems, technology, data and process improvement.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good organisation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service and support documentation of business processes across operational and finance functions.
• Assist with monitoring interface processes to support SLA targets and improve performance.
• Support maintenance, testing and configuration of finance systems including Travcom.
• Contribute to process reviews and improvements to increase productivity and service quality.
• Prepare and maintain clear process documentation, user guides and training materials.
• Collaborate with global teams to promote consistent processes and best practices.
