Qualifications

• Has a degree or relevant qualification with interest in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• Strong administration background and careful with numbers.
• Willing to learn financial systems and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Process employee timesheets, starters and leavers.
• Assist with payroll administration.
• Maintain holiday, sickness and payroll records.
• Process sales invoices and support VAT returns.
• Record and allocate cash receipts.
• Complete bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and issue customer statements.
• Support month-end accounting processes.
• Liaise with employees, customers and internal teams.
