Job summary

Heathrow Airport Limited in London is seeking a Finance Manager, Systems and Process Lead to drive the transformation and optimisation of end-to-end Treasury processes, aligning them with Heathrow’s financial strategy and control framework.

You will lead a cross-functional team, manage treasury systems such as FIS, Quantum and Reval, and partner with business owners and operations to deliver value, risk reduction, and improved reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven Systems or Programme Transformation planning and delivery experience. Demonstrating delivery in Treasury Operations and understanding of Treasury systems and technologies (FIS, Quantum, Reval).
• Strong evidence of working with Treasury operations and controls.
• Proficiency in Treasury management systems and financial software.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to work in a matrix RACI environment to drive change, problem solve and manage complex projects gained through working in a similar environment.
• Ideally, you’ll also have: Treasury qualification; Financial accounting qualification or experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transformation and optimisation of Treasury processes, ensuring alignment with Heathrow’s strategies.
• Proactively seek and deliver improvements; ensure solutions are fit for purpose for current and future challenges.
• Influence upstream changes and participate in Treasury systems communities to learn and influence roadmap.
• Ensure Treasury core processes mitigate risks and maintain controls and audit requirements.
• Own all Treasury systems: project planning, implementation, maintenance, upgrades, integrations, training, adoption, risk management and formal sign-off.
