Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong ownership to manage all jobs and billings across a client portfolio.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, pressurised environment with good workload management.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Team player who can also work independently and lead meetings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely client billing in line with schedules.
• Assist credit controller to resolve aged debtor issues.
• Reconcile production costs and job expenses for recoverability.
• Manage client PO cover before work starts.
• Minimise WIP with regular meetings with Finance Business Partners.
• Track production spend against budgets and flag overspends.
• Reconcile completed jobs and close balances.
• Own all jobs in your client portfolio through lifecycle.
• Set up regular meetings to address WIP and job statuses.
• Review new jobs for correct setup in the finance system.
