Heathrow Airport Limited in London is seeking a Finance Manager, Systems and Process Lead to drive the transformation and optimisation of end-to-end Treasury processes, aligning them with Heathrow’s financial strategy and control framework.
You will lead a cross-functional team, manage treasury systems such as FIS, Quantum and Reval, and partner with business owners and operations to deliver value, risk reduction, and improved reporting.

Heathrow is one of the largest issuers of sterling bonds and has a global fixed income presence with financing in six different currencies raising an annual average of over £2-4 billion globally.
The purpose of the Finance Manager, Systems and Process Lead – Treasury is to lead the transformation and optimisation of Heathrow’s end-to-end Treasury processes, enhancing and evolving existing processes and technologies. Ensuring that Treasury functions align to and support the overall financial strategy of Heathrow. The role holder is a change agent, interfacing between the Business Owners, technical support, and the Treasury Operations teams aligning and integrating and optimising the systems and processes for business benefit and operational delivery now and in the future.

Working Location
Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow . Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
