Job summary

The role involves collaborating with Finance, Commercial, Store Operations, IT and Payroll to drive smarter processes, maintain strong financial controls, and deliver excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience within an Accounts Payable Team or general accounting background.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Competent in the use of ERP systems, particularly SAP.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely supplier payments and accurate invoice processing.
• Process employee expense claims promptly.
• Run vendor payments according to schedule.
• Investigate invoice matching differences including validating delivery/receipting and stock discrepancies.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor queries within SLA and maintain stakeholder relations.
• Take ownership for rebates and discounts and ensure timely accounting.
• Support ad hoc tasks and assist with business reporting within the team.
