Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is assisting a client in Witney to recruit an experienced Finance & Business Operations Manager. The role combines financial oversight with HR and supplier contract management to drive business performance.

You will lead financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, payroll and tax compliance, while stewarding HR activity and strategic supplier relationships. A hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen is sought.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in a finance management role.
• Strong experience in management accounts, budgeting, cash flow and financial control.
• Payroll, VAT and statutory reporting experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee financial reporting and cash flow management.
• Lead HR and people management functions.
• Manage supplier contracts and procurement.
