You will lead financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, payroll and tax compliance, while stewarding HR activity and strategic supplier relationships. A hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen is sought.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in a finance management role.
• Strong experience in management accounts, budgeting, cash flow and financial control.
• Payroll, VAT and statutory reporting experience.

Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Finance & Business Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the finance department and take ownership of key financial and business support functions, including HR & supplier contract management.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, expenditure and stock control, alongside leading the HR function and managing key supplier contracts.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong financial expertise with commercial awareness, sound judgement and the ability to drive business performance.

You will have:

• At least five years' experience in a similar finance management role.
