Argos is seeking a Finance Manager - P2P to drive process and control excellence across the end-to-end purchase to pay cycle, oversee outsourced service delivery, governance and financial controls, and ensure accurate, compliant transaction processing.

You will collaborate across teams to deliver improvements, support audits and budgeting, and help develop financial plans. This role requires ACCA/ACCA/CIMA and experience in high-volume P2P environments, preferably retail.

Formación

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) required.
• Experience overseeing end-to-end P2P operations in high-volume environments.
• Experience managing outsourced/third-party service providers and driving improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee P2P cycle including supplier master data, invoicing, payments, reconciliations and payroll.
• Monitor outsourced service delivery, governance and financial controls for compliance.
• Support audits, develop financial plans and budgets, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve efficiency and control.
