Job summary

Argos Finance Manager – Order to Cash/Sales to Settlement role focuses on ensuring process and control excellence across sales-to-settlement activities, guarding the integrity of financial reporting. You will oversee outsourced services and partner with Finance, Technology, and Retail Operations to drive improvements and safeguard accuracy.

You will coordinate audits, resolve escalated issues, and lead changes to enhance compliance and efficiency in a high-volume environment in the UK.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with demonstrable O2C experience.
• Experience in finance operations, accounting controls and risk management within high-volume transactional environments.
• Proven experience managing outsourced or third-party service providers, using performance measures and service data to drive service improvements.
• Ability to communicate business requirements effectively and translate them into process, control or technology improvements.
