Humanoid is seeking a Finance Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day financial engine of the business, including payables and receivables, close processes, and data flow improvements. You will partner with Head of Finance, FP&A, procurement, engineering, and product teams to ensure integrated, efficient, and scalable financial processes.

This role combines execution with process transformation, systems thinking, and stakeholder enablement, driving governance and high-integrity reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance operations, accounting, or financial control roles.
• Strong fluency with bookkeeping, payables/receivables, and close processes.
• Experience in early- or growth-stage product businesses (hardware/manufacturing).

Responsabilités

• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, and vendor payments across entities.
• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals.
• Maintain clean records in multi-entity, multi-currency systems; ensure efficient operations.
