Humanoid is seeking a Finance Operations Lead to run the day-to-day financial engine across multi-entity and multi-currency operations, overseeing payables, receivables, payroll coordination, and vendor payments. You will drive system and process improvements with the Head of Finance and FP&A Lead.

In this role you'll own the month-end close, maintain accurate records in accounting systems, and partner with procurement, engineering, and product teams to ensure data quality and compliant

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience in finance operations, accounting, or financial control roles.
• Strong technical fluency across bookkeeping, payables/receivables, and close processes.
• Experience in early- or growth-stage product businesses (hardware, manufacturing, deep tech).

Aufgaben

• Finance operations ownership across accounts payable/receivable and payroll coordination.
• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, journals, and accruals.
• Maintain multi-entity and multi-currency accounting records.
• Lead finance tool implementations and process improvements.
• Partner with engineering, operations, procurement to improve data quality and reporting.
• Support internal reporting on actuals, burn, and vendor spend.
