Job summary

Humanoid is hiring a Finance Operations Analyst in London to run core operational finance processes across global entities, from supplier onboarding and invoicing to payment runs, expenses and reconciliations.

You'll help design and automate procure-to-pay workflows, while gradually taking on additional accounting tasks such as month-end close and reconciliations, reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in finance operations or accounts payable.
• Experience with modern spend and AP platforms and ERP systems.
• Strong controls, data analysis and audit-trail discipline.
• Highly organized, process-driven and comfortable with high volume.
• Accounting qualification, or in progress, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices end-to-end across entities and currencies.
• Prepare weekly multi-currency payment runs with audit trail.
• Own supplier onboarding and vendor master data verification.
• Administer employee expenses and corporate cards, ensuring receipts.
• Support month-end close and reconciliations with the accounting team.
• Analyze supplier spend, AP ageing and working capital reports.
