Job summary

Reporting to the Interim Finance Manager, you will lead a small team, manage reconciliations, daily reporting, and evidence discipline to support daily contractual deliverables in a live service environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance Operations, Reconciliations, and cash allocation.
• Ability to manage high-volume transactional data and ensure audit trails.
• Strong Excel skills and process/documentation capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cash and bank reconciliations and align transactions with financial records.
• Oversee daily reporting, service requests, and track refunds, reversals, and payments.
• Resolve suspense/unapplied items and manage aged balances with follow-ups.
• Maintain strict evidence folders and audit trails to meet compliance.
• Coordinate a small operational finance team and document processes.
