Job summary

Confidential in Leeds is seeking a finance professional to support high-volume AP, AR, billing and reconciliations within a fast-paced team. The hybrid role is based in Leeds with an initial 6-month FTC and strong potential to move into a permanent position.

You will help with payments, cash allocation, statements, month-end support and maintaining accurate records while building relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in transactional finance, accounts payable/receivable, or billing.
• Excellent reconciliation and accuracy.
• Confident communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive and inquisitive approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling ability.

Responsibilities

• Processing incoming and outgoing payments.
• Cash allocation and account reconciliations.
• Billing and invoicing activities.
• Producing and issuing statements.
• Performing bank reconciliations.
• Supporting month-end close processes.
• Maintaining accurate financial records.
