Michael Page is seeking a Transactional Finance Team Leader in Cardiff Bay to oversee AP, AR and Credit Control teams and drive process improvements within finance operations. You will lead day-to-day performance, ensure service levels, and collaborate with stakeholders to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a transactional finance team.
• Strong background across AP, AR and Credit Control.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience driving process improvements and efficiencies.

• Strong systems and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control.
• Monitor KPIs, team performance and service delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
• Support month-end reporting activities.
• Manage escalated supplier and customer queries.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members.
• Support finance system enhancements and automation projects.
• Ensure controls and procedures are maintained.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the wider business.
