Job summary

Michael Page Finance is recruiting a Transactional Finance Team Leader in Cardiff Bay. You will oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control while driving process improvements and supporting business growth. The role reports into senior finance leadership and focuses on delivering service excellence.

You will lead day-to-day operations, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to maintain controls and deliver continuous improvements.

• Experience leading or supervising a transactional finance team.
• Strong background across AP, AR and Credit Control.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience driving process improvements and efficiencies.

The Role

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of the transactional finance team, ensuring service levels are maintained and continuous improvements are delivered across finance operations.
