Responsibilities

• Manage finance process and administration queries using workflow tracking to resolution.
• Review revenue reporting to identify risks and billing opportunities and follow up with stakeholders.
• Coordinate discussions with engagement partners to progress billing and revenue actions.
• Support consistent use of finance processes and policies and escalate issues.
• Help colleagues understand finance processes through guidance and education.
• Champion change programmes including automation, self-service and standardisation initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge bases and process documentation; take ownership of personal delivery and improve ways of working.
