KPMG International Cooperative in Birmingham seeks an experienced qualified accountant to lead Group Corporate Services finance. You will direct budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial control, guiding senior leaders with practical insights and robust governance.

You will manage a finance team, drive automation and AI-enhanced processes across reporting, planning and year-end judgements, and collaborate with stakeholders to support commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
• Experience leading budgeting, planning and controls in a large organisation.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with practical finance insights.

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting, three-year financial planning, forecasting, month-end close and management reporting.
• Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for decision-making.
• Maintain accurate accounting for costs, accruals, prepayments and fixed assets.
• Strengthen controls by addressing risks and significant accounting judgements.
• Oversee investment portfolio performance and collaboration with external auditors.
