Responsibilities

• Support day to day finance operations - ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
• Act as a point of contact for finance queries, providing clear information to colleagues and external partners
• Maintain financial records and documentation, ensuring data is up to date and compliant with internal controls
• Invoice processing - including coding, matching and resolving discrepancies
• Preparing routine financial reports, summaries and reconciliations to support month end
• Monitor financial workflows, flagging issues such as missing approvals, incorrect coding or delayed submissions
• Carry out general finance administration, including data entry, filing and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with the wider finance team, ensuring information flows smoothly across AP, AR, Payroll and reporting
• Contribute to process improvements, helping streamline financial procedures and enhance accuracy
