Responsibilities

• Prepare and post month-end journals, accruals and prepayments.
• Support financial reporting and Excel data analysis.
• Process petty cash and assist with audit requirements.
• Check daily and monthly sales data and prepare tenant recharges.
• Support payroll administration, including timesheets, absences and clockings.
• Review import invoices, Bills of Lading and customs documentation.
• Manage office supplies, consumables and shared inboxes.
• Support office facilities and coordinate fire safety procedures.
