Responsibilities

• Prepare and post month-end journals, accruals and prepayments.
• Support financial reporting and Excel data analysis.
• Process petty cash and assist with audits.
• Check daily/monthly sales data and prepare tenant recharges.
• Assist with payroll administration, timesheets and absences.
• Review import invoices and customs documentation.
• Manage office supplies and shared inboxes.
• Support office facilities and fire safety procedures.
