The Finance Operations Team at Harrods is seeking a Finance Operations Assistant to support accounts payable and receivables. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Assistant Manager, this hybrid role is based in Hammersmith, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
The Assistant will handle invoice processing, payment runs, bank transfer preparations, payment allocations, invoice reconciliation, general ledger processing, month-end tasks, debt collection, and commission processing. The role involves liaising with freight forwarders, couriers, and customers to verify, process, and allocate invoices and payments. You will also respond to queries from internal and external customers efficiently.
