The Role

We’re hiring two Graduate Venture Operations Associates to join our team. Your primary focus will be managing the Closing Process – transforming fully fundraised live deals on the Odin platform into actual legal investments.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Calculating fees and final investment amounts
• Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of legal documents
• Managing wire transfers to complete the investment process
• Liaising directly with customers at every stage, noting feedback and identifying pain points to improve their experience

Contract Details

The starting salary is £30,000, with a review at six months. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. As we grow, we’ll explore future opportunities within Odin or beyond.
