Job summary

Developing Health and Independence (DHI) is seeking a Finance Officer to provide accurate finance administration across DHI and HTL. You will handle purchase/sales ledgers, invoices, payments and banking records, raise routine sales invoices, and respond to finance queries.

You will also prepare payment runs, post receipts, reconcile cards, monitor inboxes and maintain audit trails within set controls. The role includes payroll-related inputs and cross-cover with HR and operations, with 2 days

Qualifications

• Experience with finance processes (purchase/sales ledgers)
• Payroll exposure or interest beneficial
• Ability to maintain audit trails and records

Responsibilities

• Maintain purchase and sales ledgers and process purchase orders
• Process supplier invoices and payments; raise routine sales invoices
• Prepare payment runs and post receipts/payments; reconcile corporate cards
• Maintain banking records; respond to finance queries from colleagues and suppliers
• Support payroll inputs and HR-related data; contribute to cross-cover
• Ensure clear records and audit trails; follow financial controls
