Job summary

Marc Daniels is seeking an experienced Finance Manager near Slough to own the end-to-end monthly close and production of management accounts. You will drive accurate reporting, partner with stakeholders, and lead a finance team to deliver insightful financial information.

The role requires a qualified accountant with strong technical accounting and management reporting experience, plus the ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong technical accounting and management reporting experience.
• Experience working within a complex legal entity structure.
• Excellent commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Experience managing, coaching or developing a finance team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end month-end close and production of management accounts.
• Lead monthly P&L preparation and variance analysis.
• Present results and insights to senior management.
• Drive process improvements, controls and automation in Finance.
• Support annual financial statements and external audit.
• Oversee VAT reporting and cash flow forecasting.
• Manage finance team and develop staff.
• Support acquisitions integration and reporting.
